Opened Products
We offer a 7-day window from delivery for opened or lightly used products. Approved returns will be issued as store credit via e-gift card.

To maintain the integrity of this offering, all returns are reviewed, and eligibility is determined at our discretion. Misuse of this policy may result in loss of return privileges.


Unopened Products
Items that remain unused and in their original condition may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Returns requested after 30 days are not eligible.

Shipping & Delivery

We partner with Route package protection to safeguard your order in transit.

If Route is not selected at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers once it leaves our facility. In these cases, we are unable to replace or refund items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

For complete peace of mind, we highly recommend opting in.
